Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday night, the Citizens Advice Bureau has closed its offices and outreaches in Reigate and Banstead with immediate effect.
However, there are still many ways clients can get advice from Citizens Advice Reigate and Banstead. All the senior staff and many volunteers will be working from home during this period of closure.
CAB is particularly keen to maintain its Universal Credit Help to Claim support which, as you can imagine, is very much in demand at the moment.
Clients can also contact the general adviceline and leave a message if they can’t get through. A team of advisers is following up on these messages.
Clients can also email CAB via its website and it can offer telephone advice appointments, if necessary.
FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT ADVICE THE CAB IS UNABLE TOSEE ANY FACE TO FACE CLIENTS.
