Yesterday I was given the opportunity, alongside other MPs, to speak at the Hearing for an order to grant development consent for the Gatwick Airport Northern Runway Project, Gatwick’s second runway. This has been a contentious proposal for several years.

As previously confirmed, the next closure of the M25 will take place from 9pm on Friday 10 May to 6am on Monday 13 May. However, the closure will actually be between Junctions 8 and 10 on the M25 in both directions, rather than Junctions 9 and 10 as previously advised.
